Every class is taught with modifications for all levels. If you can stand on a mat, you belong in our studio.

Vinyasa Flow

Movement synchronized with breath in a flowing sequence that builds heat and full-body strength. Classes run 60 minutes and range from energizing morning power flows to mindful midday movement.

Hatha Foundations

Standing and seated postures held for several breaths with attention to alignment. Ideal for learning the building blocks of a sustainable home practice.

  • Best for: building a strong foundation and body awareness

  • Duration: 60 minutes

Yin Yoga

Floor-based practice targeting the deep connective tissues. Poses are held 3–5 minutes over bolsters, blankets, and blocks to release fascia and calm the mind.

  • All levels — no flexibility required
  • Best for: deep stretching, joint health, winding down
  • Equipment: mat (all props provided)
  • Duration: 75 minutes

Restorative Yoga

Full-body support with props in gentle, long-held poses. Activates the parasympathetic nervous system for a practice that feels like a deep exhale for your entire body.

  • All levels — especially great after injury or during stress
  • Best for: recovery, sleep support, nervous system regulation
  • Equipment: mat (blankets, bolsters, eye pillows provided)
  • Duration: 75 minutes

Sunday Meditation Circles

Guided sitting and walking meditation led by our senior teachers. Each session blends breathwork, body scanning, and silent sitting in a supportive group setting.

  • No experience needed — we guide you through every technique
  • Best for: stress reduction, focus, emotional clarity
  • Equipment: cushion or chair provided
  • Duration: 60 minutes

Pranayama Intensive

A 3-hour weekend workshop on breathwork techniques from the yoga tradition. Learn kapalabhati, alternate-nostril breathing, and extended exhalation for anxiety.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need yoga experience?

No. Every class includes modifications for beginners. Our teachers will come to you with adjustments and cue you through every pose.

What should I bring?

A water bottle and comfortable clothing. We provide mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets for every class.

Can I arrive late or leave early?

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can get you set up. For returning students, a late entry or early exit is fine — just let the teacher know.

Are classes during pregnancy safe?

Our Hatha and Restorative classes are generally suitable in the first and second trimesters. Please consult your OB-GYN and let the teacher know so they can offer appropriate modifications.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay at the front desk. Class packs and unlimited memberships can also be purchased online through our booking page.
